TIMESSINGAPORE, JAKARTA – Maintaining dental health is not only done with pasta and toothbrushes. To get it, you can also eat plenty of fresh fruit that supports your dental and oral hygiene. Those are as follows:

1. Apples

Apples have a lot of water content that is very good for dental health. The saliva processes more production when you chew the apples. This process could neutralize the oral acid level and prevent cavities.

Furthermore, the texture of a slightly coarse apple can rub and clean the surface of tooth from leftovers such the attached dental plaque. This red-colored fruit also contains high antioxidants, which protects gum and overcome bacterial damage and infection.

4. Oranges

Oranges are rich in vitamin C to cause blood vessel perfection better. The nutritional content of the fruit is also able to overcome gum disease so it doesn't get worse, because it can reduce reserves.

5. Pears

The benefits of pears can neutralize acidity in the mouth. As a result, your mouth will always be fresh and fight the bacteria breeding.

6. Kiwi

Kiwi is one of the fruits containing vitamin C much. This fruit is proven to eradicate bacteria in the mouth and increase collagen to support your gum health.
